1. simax.co.il (the “Website”) is operated and managed by Simax Furniture Marketing Ltd., 513810606 (the “Company”).
2. The use of the Website, services, products, and content contained therein constitutes your agreement to the terms of use (“Terms of Use”), as well as to additional instructions that may appear on the Website and related products (all together: the “Binding Agreements”).
3. These Terms of Use come into effect when you enter the Website. If you do not agree to the terms, you are asked to refrain from visiting and using the Website and its services.
4. These Terms of Use are worded in the masculine language, but of course refer to women as well.
5. These Terms of Use regulate the legal relationship between the Company and you as a user of the Website.
6. The Company will not be responsible and will not bear any direct or indirect damage that may be caused to you and/or a third party as a result of using the Website.
7. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time, at its sole discretion, without the need for notice and/or advance notice. When a change is made, an updated date will be posted on the Website on this page of the Terms of Use.

Terms
1. The Company makes efforts to ensure that the information presented on the Website is complete and accurate, however, inaccuracies and/or errors may appear in good faith. The Company will not bear any responsibility for these inaccuracies and/or errors made in good faith.
2. The Website may allow you to see the Company’s products, services, and promotions. This does not require the Company to show all products, services, and promotions, and there may be additional or different ones.
3. As a user of the Website, you may use the Website’s services only for legal purposes according to any law, in accordance with the terms of the regulations, in good faith and for your personal use only, and not for any other purpose, including but not limited to resale and/or display without permission on other sites and/or making purchases that one or more of its purposes is fraudulent and/or committing any act and/or omission that harms the Website and/or its normal operation and/or third parties.
4. The Website does not allow the purchase of products. Insofar as, in an unusual manner, a purchase was made through the Website or by the phone, it will be conditional on the order form and the terms accompanying it.
5. Ordering and delivery of the products are conditional on their availability at the time of placing the order. Showing them on the Website doesn’t mean they are available.
6. If prices appear on the Website, where they do appear, these are prices quoted in NIS and include VAT, but do not include shipping fees.
7. The final prices will be determined exclusively by a sales representative and according to what is wrote in the order form, after adjustment to the customer’s needs, and according to the sole discretion of the Company, when the pricing of one order does not constitute a basis or requires the pricing of another.
8. The Company may change and/or update and/or remove models, specifications, prices, etc., at its sole discretion and without notice and/or advance notice.
9. The Company may publish and/or offer the Website users promotions and/or discounts and any other benefits under conditions established by it and at its sole discretion. Likewise, it will be entitled to change and/or update and/or remove these at its sole discretion and without notice and/or advance notice, however, this will not be to harm those who completed a purchase according to the sale/discount/benefit.
10. The images shown on the Website are for illustration only and there may be differences between the appearance and specifications of the products as seen in the image and the actual products, and/or the colors and/or the texture of the fabric or leather.
11. To the extent that any mistake has been made, such as in the description of the model or its price, this will not obligate the Company, and in any case, it will not bear any responsibility that exceeds the value of the item purchased, as well as any damage that is not direct and/or consequential. Without detracting from the above, it is agreed and clarified that the Company will try to do its best to present accurate images and information as accurately as possible.
12. When contacting us and/or leaving email and/or phone details, you agree to receive the mailing of promotional materials, promotions, benefits, and/or various updates in connection with our brand and/or products and/or services. Reference and updates may be in different media, such as e-mail, phone text messages, and phone calls. You will have the option of withdrawing your consent to receive such in all the ways provided by law, and among other things, to ask us to remove you from the list via repeated email, repeated text message, and/or repeated phone call.
13. If you contacted us through a form on the Website or by email to [email protected], and did not receive a response within 3 business days, the recommendation is to contact us by phone at 04-8724385.
14. All intellectual property rights on this Website are the exclusive property of the Company. The Website and its content are protected by the copyright laws of the State of Israel. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, distribute, sell, display and/or use in any other way any information from the Website directly or indirectly, unless consent to this has been given in advance and in writing on behalf of the Company.
15. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and/or any action or conflict arising from it will be done in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in the Haifa district will have exclusive jurisdiction.
